What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Getting a home ready to SELL is my passion. Our unique listing package includes a four week plan, staging, professional photography and beautiful online presence.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know them. An initial consultation is ideal to establish if and how I can help you. Selling or buying a home is the most important financial decision you will take. You will want to select someone who is honest, trustworthy and will always act in your best interest.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been in real estate for over 5 years, I own my own staging business and I'm a CPA. Continuing education helps me stay current with both real estate law and what is going on with the market. I'm detailed oriented and I have a great eye for design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After years of servicing tax clients, I shifted to servicing clients that need help buying or selling a home. I've always had a passion for homes, decorating and helping others .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and other Agents. My job is to educate and help you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently managed getting a condo ready to list. I consulted with my contractors and decided on all the finishes from start to finish. Staging the property with very simple accessories and smart furniture brought new life into a once dated tired condo. It took me about a month to coordinate and execute everything.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone you feel comfortable with. Consult with a few people and listen to which one offers you what you're trying to achieve.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do your research. Make sure you understand what you need and want from and a professional. Don't be afraid to ask questions. We are all here to establish a goal, make sure you know how you're going to achieve that goal with the person you hire.
